At times, you want to treat your little one to something extra special. That’s why we have for you our super-quick and scrumptious recipe for Chowmein! This is loaded with veggies, which provide valuable nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin A, copper, and iron to your child.

    Ingredients to make Chowmein:

    Noodles 400 grams parboiled & drained, Salt to taste, French beans 6-8 chopped, onion 1 chopped, cabbage finely shredded 1/4 cup, oil 3 tsp, carrot 1 chopped, soy sauce 1 tbsp, green capsicum 1 chopped, vinegar 1 tbsp

    Steps to make Chowmein:

    1. Heat oil in a wok. Add onion, French beans, carrot and saute for 2-3 min.

    2. Add cabbage and toss. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the veggies are partially done.

    3. Add the parboiled noodles to the vegetables. Add salt, soy sauce and saute for 2 minutes. Add capsicum and vinegar and saute for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
