Are you in search of a quick, healthy, and tasty snack for your child? Coconut Cashew and Butter Balls fit the bill! These balls are filled with fibre, calcium, potassium, magnesium, antioxidants, and hence, are highly nutritious.

½ cup cashew butter, 1 cup rice cereal, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1. Take cashew butter, maple syrup, rice cerealand salt in a deep bowl. Mix them properly.
2. Make small balls like laddoo from the mixture.
3. Roll the balls in shredded coconut.
4. Store these balls in refrigerator.
Serve warm or cold.
