Bored with the same routine breakfast? Then you must try this Colorful Sandwich, which is a nutritious pack of colorful veggies. Colorful Sandwich is unique and tasty and has great appeal for the bright colors. Carrots contains Vitamin A, B, C, potassium and calcium while green beans are full of vitamin A and K to help build immune system. Capsicum contains good amount of Vitamin C. Corn is a tasty food. Its sweetness, bright yellow color, and good amount of protein make it a wonder food.

    Ingredients to make Colorful Sandwich:

    4 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 tbsp. butter, salt to taste, half lemon, ½ cup grated carrot, 3-4 onion slices, ¼ cup chopped capsicum, ¼ cup chopped beans, ¼ cup boiled corn, 3-4 tomato slices

    Steps to make Colorful Sandwich:

    1. Mix all the veggies in a bowl and sprinkle salt.

    2. Trim the edges of the bread and apply butter on one side of the bread.

    3. Put all the veggies and place another slice on it.

    4. Apply the butter again on the second slice.

    5. Grease your toaster or griller with some oil and keep the sandwich in it.

    Your colorful sandwich is ready to serve. Cut it into two pieces and serve it warm along with tomato ketchup.
