Everyone demand a variety of different foods at each meal. These Colourful Tortillas are the perfect recipe. They are loaded with a variety of veggies, providing valuable nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin A, iron and potassium.

4 Tortillas, 1/4 cup sliced Red Capsicum, 1/4 cup sliced Zucchini, 1/4 cup sliced Carrots, 1/4 cup sliced Cucumber, 1 sliced Onion.
For the yoghurt sauce: 3/4 cup hung curd, 2 cloves chopped garlic, salt to taste
1. Blend all the ingredients for the yoghurt sauce to a smooth paste.
2. Toss the vegetables in this yoghurt sauce. Season with salt
3. Take each tortilla and place 2 tbsp of the vegetables filling in the middle and roll it. Cut it into small finger sized pieces and serve.
