Corn Basket - an easy and filling evening protein-rich snack. Enjoy this nutritious colourful salad and brighten the evenings.

Sweet corn kernels ½ cup, 1 small onion chopped, 1 tomato chopped, lemon juice 1 tsp, plain sev as needed, salt, coriander leaves - for garnishing
1. Boil the sweet corn kernels in water for about 10 minutes.
2. Strain the water and keep the corns in a bowl.
3. In a bowl, add chopped onion, tomato, salt, lemon juice and mix well.
4. While serving, garnish with sevaand coriander leaves.
You can add butter in the corns too.
