    To make Creamy Cheese wheat for Snack:

    1. Take whole wheat and slightly toast it. Spread cream cheese on top. Use milk cream as a substitute, if needed.

    2. Cut cucumber in four pieces to make easy and glasses. Place on top.

    3. Cut a tomato in four wedges for a smile.

    Serve with milk for breakfast or just a snack!
