Crispy Chocolate Balls are an excellent treat for party. No heat is required for preparing these balls. Nutritious with carbs and calories, this one is a much required recipe.

    Ingredients to make Crispy Chocolate Balls:

    2 cups crushed and powdered marie biscuit, ½ cup puffed rice (kurmura), desiccated coconut (enough to roll the balls), 1 cup pineapple jam, milk chocolate as required, 2 tbsp coloured vermicelli/ sprinklers

    Steps to make Crispy Chocolate Balls:

    1. Powder the marie biscuits in a blender and transfer it to a mixing bowl.

    2. Add puffed rice, jam and mix well, gradually add milk chocolate to knead well into smooth dough.

    3. Take small portion of the mixture, roll it in your palms and make into small balls.

    4. Roll them in a bowl of desiccated coconut and coloured vermicelli/sprinklers.

    You can serve as it is or by refrigerating it.
