A perfect item serves as a snack or an appetizer. These Crispy Corns are full of protein and carbohydrates.

1 cup sweet corn kernels, 2 tbsp besan, oil for frying, spring onion, a pinch of asafoetida, chaat masala, salt
1. Combine the sweet corn, besan, salt and asafoetida in a deep bowl and toss well.
2. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadai and deep fry the corn mixture a little at a time. Drain on an absorbent paper or tissue.
3. Chop the spring onions.
4. Mix spring oinions with fried corns. Sprinkle chaat masala over it. Mix well.
The crispy corns are ready to serve.
