Ingredients to make Dahi Madia Chutney:
Half a coconut shredded, 200 gm dahi, 1 piece green chili, ½ inch ginger, salt, 5 or 6 curry leaves, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp panchaphutan, 1 tsp oil
Steps to make Dahi Madia Chutney:
1. Beat the dahi till it is smooth.
2. Cut the chili and ginger in small pieces. Keep aside.
3. Add the ingredients and mix well with the dahi.
