Delicious and Healthy Rava Chillas

Team AckoFeb 8, 2024

Rava is a highly nutritious food item, which is probably why it is replacing maida in a number of dishes. Originally used to prepare upma, rava is now being used to prepare dosa, idlis etc. This is undoubtedly because of its high nutritional value as it is rich in zinc, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, calcium, protein, fat, fibre and carbohydrates. Try out this chilla recipe using rava and make a healthy breakfast.
