Prosciutto Egg Panini is a great blend of health and taste. Often you grow bored of the same breakfast, but this is something he would love to eat. It also consist of a lot of protein, vitamin and minerals.

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 6 tbsp milk, 1 onion (thinly sliced), butter, ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, 8 slices of bread, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 8 thin slices of prosciutto, 2 egg whites
Steps:
1. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, egg whites, milk and onion. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add the egg mixture, cook and stir over medium heat until completely set.
2. Combine mustard and maple syrup, spread over the bread slices. Put layers of scrambled eggs, prosciutto and cheese, top with the other slice bread. Put butter on outer sides of the slice bread.
3. Cook on a Panini Maker or Indoor Grill for 3-4 minutes until the bread turns brown and the cheese is melted.
4. Cut each Panini and serve it with fresh strawberries.
