This Dhone Patar Bora dish is made from coriander leaves, which are an excellent source of zinc, potassium, vitamin A, and vitamin C.

Contents
2 cups chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 2 tablespoons rice flour, salt to taste, oil for frying
1. Take all the veggies in a bowl. Add rice flour and salt and start tossing the veggies in the flour. The leaves contain water which will help form a sticky dough.
2. Make small patties from the dough.
3. Deep fry the patties over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Serve hot.
