    Ingredients to make Drumstick and Cashew Curry:

    For The Paste:

    2 tsp oil, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tbsp chopped garlic

    Other Ingredients:

    2 drumstick chopped and boiled, ½ cup broken cashewnuts soaked and drained, ½ cup thick coconut milk, salt to taste, 1 oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds

    Steps to make Drumstick and Cashew Curry:

    1. For the paste, heat the oil, add all the ingredients and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Cool and blend to a smooth paste.

    2. Combine the cashewnuts and coconut milk and simmer for 5-7 minutes till the cashewnuts turn soft.

    3. Add the drumstick pieces, prepared paste and salt and cook for 7-8 minutes.

    4. For the tempering, heat the oil and add the mustard seeds. When they crackle, pour the tempering over the curry. Serve hot.
