    Ingredients to make Dry Fruit Gola:

    3 cups milk, ½ cup sugar, 3/4 cup grated khoya, 8 cups ice cubes, pineapple syrup, mixed fruit syrup, kala khatta syrup, kacchi kairi syrup, handful of cashews, 6 tsp grated khoya

    Steps to make Dry Fruit Gola:

    1. First prepare rabri. Boil the milk in a pan; add sugar and simmer it till it reaches half of its quantity.

    2. Add grated khoya and mix well and simmer for another few minutes. Stir in between. Keep aside to cool.

    3. Take crushed ice in a bowl and pour pineapple syrup over it. (Pineapple syrup as per your taste)

    4. Now pour chilled ½ cup rabri over it. and sprinkle grated khoya over it.

    5. Now pour each 1 tbsp of each syrup over it. Sprinkle cashews on it.

    Serve chilled.
