Dried fruits generally contains more fiber than the same-sized serving of their fresh counterparts. Fiber helps keep digestive system running smoothly. Dried fruits are a good source of certain antioxidants. Cold Dry Fruit Turmeric Milk is a healthy drink with the goodness of milk.

Almonds-6, cashews-6, pistachios-6, milk-2 cups, sugar-1 tbsp, pumpkin seeds-few, turmeric powder-1/4 tsp, and cardamoms-1-2
1. Cut the dry fruits.
2. Boil milk in a saucepan. Add dry fruits, turmeric powder, pumpkin seeds, powdered cardamoms, and sugar. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Let it cool down. Then refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Serve cold.
