This one is a healthy drink loaded with the goodness of fiber, healthy fats, protein, and carbs. It is yummy as well, so that makes it a win-win!

Yogurt-1 cup, water-1/4 cup, dried rose petals-few, rose water-2 tsb, rose syrup- 1 tsb, sugar-1/4 cup and dry fruits-1/4 cup
1. Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately for a best tasting smoothie.
