Prepare these protein packed snack without compromising for taste. The eggs add protein while peas adds Vitamin B and other important nutrients in the kachori.

    Ingredients to make Egg and Green Peas Kachor:

    2 boiled eggs (chopped), all purpose flour 1 cup, ghee as required, green peas 1/4 cup, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp dry mango powder, salt as per taste.

    Steps to make Egg and Green Peas Kachor:

    1. Take all-purpose flour in a bowl, add ghee, salt and knead into a smooth dough using water. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

    2. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds. When the seeds start crackling add green peas, salt, coriander powder, toss it well.

    3. Add red chili powder, salt, dry mango powder, chopped pieces of boiled egg, saute well and turn off the flame.

    4. Take small portions of the prepared dough, roll them to small puris, stuff with the prepared mixture, seal them.

    5. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the prepared kachor.

    Serve these hot, delicious and crispy Egg and Green Peas Kachor with mint chutney.
