Give an instant energy kick with this nutritious and yummylicious Egg Masala. The eggs are high-protein breakfast and the onion and tomato make everything nice and tasty.

Ingredients to make Egg Masala:
2 boiled eggs, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ⅓ tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, salt as per taste, coriander leaves for garnishing, butter.
Steps to make Egg Masala:
1. In a frying pan, add 2 spoons of butter and add ginger garlic paste and onion. Saute them onion for 1-2 minutes or till the onion turns golden brown.
2. Add tomato and stir-fry for a minute. Meanwhile, peel and chop the boiled eggs.
3. Add red chilli powder, salt, and mix well.
4. Add boiled eggs, sprinkle black pepper powder and mix well. Toss the eggs in onion tomato.
Garnish the egg masala with coriander leaves. Stir in cheese to add a burst of flavour.
