Add a little twist to your regular pasta and make it healthier and more nutritious. This Egg Pasta not only offers a fantastic taste but is easy to digest as well. Egg protein supplies essential amino acids to your body. This recipe is full of protein from the eggs and carbohydrates from the pasta, making it a wholesome meal.

Ingredients for Egg Pasta:

1 cup macaroni, 2 eggs, 1 onion, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 carrot, 1 capsicum, 1 tomato, butter, 2 tbsp fresh cream

Steps to make delicious Egg Pasta:

1. Bring water to boil in a pan, add pasta and stir.

2. Add ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp oil. Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.

3. Once the pasta becomes tender, turn off the gas and drain the water and add butter to the boiled pasta. Set aside and let it cool.

4. Now, dice the onion, capsicum and carrot. De-seed the tomato and dice it into cubes.

5. In a wok, heat olive oil. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till it becomes aromatic.

6. Add all the diced vegetables and saute them. Sprinkle salt and oregano or Italian seasoning.

7. Add fresh cream to a wok and add the cooked pasta. Stir to mix well. Turn off the flame.

8. Take another pan, heat butter. When hot, add onion and saute until translucent.

9. Add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and salt. Pour beaten eggs and scramble for 3-4 minutes.

10. Add scrambled eggs to the prepared pasta and mix well. Serve hot.

Egg pasta is ready. Spread grated cheese over pasta and enjoy!
