Crepes are one of the easy to make recipes for breakfast, dinner or dessert. The recipe contains saffron strands, which helps build strong bones by boosting the absorption of calcium and helps get rid of respiratory problems.



    Ingredients to make Eggless Crepe Delight:

    Wheat flour- 60gms, besan -30gms, sugar -25gms, milk-50ml, saffron strands-2gms, ghee -15gms

    Steps to make Eggless Crepe Delight:

    1. In a blender combine both besan wheat flour, and milk.

    2. Blend it until smooth

    3. To the mixture add powdered sugar and saffron strands and mix well.

    4. Heat a pan, swirl the batter add ghee and cook on both sides.

    Serve this yummy crepe with some fruity marmalade or honey on top of the crepe.
