This recipe is packed with good amount of protein and also contains a good amount of fiber. It also contains folate and is an excellent source of iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorous, magnesium and zinc. The recipe also contains spring onions which are an excellent source of vitamin C, which helps in fighting infections.

Carrot -25 gms, bean sprouts -30 gms, spring onions -10gms, cabbage -15gms, French beans -20gms, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
1. In a pan, add olive oil, then add chopped veggies, sauté it until soft.
2. Add pepper and salt to taste.
