Fish Nuggets

Fish Nuggets are very crispy and delicious to eat. They contain a great amount of nutrients for children. It's a common recipe in East India and forms a part of staple diet. Boost your child's sodium and healthy fats quotient by serving him these yummy nuggets.



    Ingredients to make Fish Nuggets:

    900 gms - Fish fillets, milk to taste, 2-3 tbsp oats powder, oil tp deep fry, ½ cup grated cheese, salt and black pepper - as per taste, 2-3 tbsp - lemon juice

    Steps to make Fish Nuggets:

    1. Cut the fish fillets equally and marinate them with salt and lemon juice. Keep it for half an hour.

    2. In a bowl, mix some milk, oats powder, salt, and black pepper and cheese. Now dip the marinated fish fillets and toss them properly.

    3. In the meantime, heat some oil in a pan.

    4. As you wrap the fish fillets with the mixture before putting them in the oil, wrap them in the bread crumbs and then leave them in the pan for frying until they are golden brown.

    5. Then take out the nuggets and put them on some tissue paper and let tit soak the extra oil.

    Delicious and crispy nuggets are ready to be served.
