3 cups chopped and blanched French beans, 1/4 cup soaked and parboiled chana dal, 2 tsp oil, 1/4 cup chopped onions, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, salt to taste
1. Heat oil, add the onions and sauté for 1 minute.
2. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add the French beans, chana dal and salt, and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
