Besan is quite rich in vitamins and minerals. It is also an ideal substitute for wheat in many dishes. Rava adds more protein and makes this dish wholesome! Try this Fried Besan Khara recipe today!

Besan, rava, cumin seeds, ajwain, black pepper, salt, oil
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and ajwain seeds. Then add rava and besan flour and saute on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
2. Slowly add water with constant stirring to make a thin-dal like consistency.
3. Add salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
Serve hot as a soup!
