Try these Fried Chicken Fingers, which are tender, tasty and delicious. Chicken being a first class protein, helps in providing better development and may help support in healthy body weight gain.

Chicken fillets -50gms, cornflakes -50gms, breadcrumbs -20gms, salt to taste, pepper to taste
1. In a bowl, add chicken fillets, add pepper, and salt and mix well.
2. Add chili powder and little thick cream and stir well.
3. Add corn flour to the mixture and mix well.
4. Coat these fillets with bread crumbs and then shallow fry until cooked on both sides.
Serve this yummy hot fried fillets with some tomato ketchup!
