Multigrain Roti is very easy to make and full of nutrition. It is delicious with apples and blueberries in it. This is a brilliant way of combining them in rotis so that you consume more fruits. These fruits are a natural super food, rich in fiber and other nutrients.

Ingredients to make Fruit Sauce Stuffed Multigrain Roti:
½ cup oats, ½ cup all-purpose flour, ½ cup wheat flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, ½ cup apple, ½ cup blueberries, water as needed, 2 tbsp. ghee.
Steps to make Fruit Sauce Stuffed Multigrain Roti:
1. Make a puree of apple, sugar and blueberries.
2. Add oats, all-purpose flour, and wheat flour in a large mixing bowl and little by little add the fruit sauce to make roti dough. Cover it and set it aside for 15 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into rotis.
4. Fry them well on a pan applying ghee on both the sides of roti.
Enjoy this in breakfast.
