Cauliflower is a healthy vegetable loaded with vitamin A, C ,foliate and calcium . Since it’s high in fiber , it will assist in regular bowel movement . Check the cauliflower completely while buying. Make sure it’s completely closed.To keep the nutrients intact, steam the cauliflower.Here is an easy to make recipe with very less ingredients.Gobi sabzi can be made in very less time with few ingredients.

1 cauliflower, 2 potatoes, 1 inch piece of ginger, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon oil, salt to taste
1. Steam the cauliflower and potatoes in cooker.
2. Turn off the cooker once the vegetables get soft.
3. In a pan, add a teaspoon of oil. Add mustard. Once it splutters, add ginger.
4. Add salt and turmeric powder.
5. Add the steamed vegetables and mix well.
Simple! Gobi sabzi is ready. You can give it with rice or chapattis.
