These golden rings are pretty easy and simple to make. You will love to eat this baked crunchy finger food packed with beta-carotene, vitamins, and minerals.

Contents
1 cup carrot, 1 cup potato, 2 tsp olive oil
1. Steam the carrots and potatoes together until tender.
2. Preheat oven to 180℃.
3. Mash the steam carrots and potatoes.
4. Spread them evenly on a greased baking tray and cut them into ring shape from a ring mould cutter.
5. Remove the excess mash and you can use them again to cut rings or any fancy shapes.
6. Brush the rings with olive oil.
7. Bake them for 20 minutes until the top is golden.
Bake today and treat with these crunchy golden rings.
