Besan improves heart health and iron level in the body. In Gram flour curry, the gram flour will balance the bitterness of methi, so you would love it.
Contents
1 cup methi leaves, 1/2 cup sesan, 1 onion, 1 inch ginger, salt as per taste, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp mustart oil, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, water as required
1. First of all, wash methi leaves thoroughly.
2. Squeeze the methi leaves and chop them finely.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and turmeric powder.
4. Add chopped onion and ginger, fry till transluscent.
5. Now add chopped fenugreek leaves.
6. cook till leaves are tender.
7. In a separate pan, dry roast besan till aromatic. Now combine this to the veggies, mix well and add water, then again mix well.
8. Cook till desired consistency is attained.
Your creamy delicous curry is ready. Serve this hot with phulkas or steamed rice.
