Bhindi is one of the favorite vegetables of kiddos and it is used in many of the dishes. It contains good amounts of fiber, which helps in aiding digestion. It is also a good source of Vitamin K, which is needed in clotting mechanism. Read on to know how to prepare this Green Fingers Stir Fry for your cutie pie!

Bhindi(green fingers) -100gms, tomatoes -50gms, onions -50gms, coriander leaves -10gms, salt to taste, chilli powder, oil -5ml
1. Cut the bhindi diagonally and sauté it until the stickiness is gone.
2. In the same pan, add some more oil, sauté onions until soft.
3. Add tomatoes and cook it for a while.
4. Add chili powder and salt to taste.
Serve this yummy stir fry dish made of bhindis to your little one right away.
