1 yam, olive oil flavoured spray, salt to taste, butter
1. Slice yams into round.
2. Preheat a grill. Lightly oil the grate. Coat yam slices with olive oil and sprinkle salt over it.
3. Grill the yam slices for 10-12 minutes over high heat. Once done glaze with butter.
Serve hot.
