Loaded with vitamins, Hare Chane ki Burfi is a delicious dessert for your kid. It is very tasty and just one will not be enough for your little one. Try it and then see it vanishing in just a day.

1 cup hare chane, 150 gm mawa, 150 gm sugar, 2-3 tbs ghee, 8-10 cashew, 8-10 almonds and 4-5 cardamoms
1. Wash hare chane and after drying up the water make a paste by putting it in a grinder.
2. Peel the cardamom and make a fine powder. Also, slice the cashews and almonds.
3. Keep a pan on the gas and put ghee in it.
4. When the ghee turns hot, put hare chana paste in it and stir it well.
5. This will take 40 minutes to cook and you have to keep stirring it on low flame.
6. When it becomes fragrant and turns to a darker shade then switch off the gas flame.
7. Now transfer it in a greased tray and top it up with dry fruits.
8. When it gets warm then cut it into barfi shape.
Store for 2-3 days in an airtight glass jar.
