Healthy Roll

Mixed with little spices, the mixed sprouts and daliya will turn out to be the best food loved by you, loaded with carbs and proteins. Wrap up these rolls in wheat flour rotis to keep them easily digestible.

    Ingredients to make Healthy Roll:

    2 cup wheat flour, 1 cup mixed sprouts, 1 onion chopped, 1 tomato chopped, ½ cup wheat daliya boiled, oil or butter, salt, a pinch of black pepper

    Steps to make Healthy Roll:

    1. Take wheat flour, add some butter or oil, salt and knead a soft dough using water.

    2. Keep aside the dough for 20 minutes.

    3. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and add chopped onion. Saute it for a minute. Add tomatoes and stir fry them.

    4. Add mixed sprouts and boiled daliya and mix well.

    5. Now sprinkle salt and black pepper as per taste and toss well.

    6. Cook it another 2 minutes while stirring occasionally.

    7. Keep this mixture aside and make flat bread rotis from dough.

    8. Heat tawa and make a chapati using ghee.

    9. Now spread the mixture on the roti and roll it tightly to make it a wrap.

    Serve this protein-packed healthy roll with chutney or homemade ketchup.
