A simple and tasty snack can be made using cheese and bread. Yummy homemade cheese dumpling is full of protein for you. Bread provides the required carbohydrates too. It’s ideal to use whole wheat bread. Avoid white bread.

    Ingredients to make Home Made Cheese Dumpling:

    1 cup grated cheese, 3 slices whole wheat bread, 1 tsp butter, salt as required (pls remember butter also has salt in it), oil for frying.

    Steps to make Home Made Cheese Dumpling:

    1. In a bowl, add grated cheese and butter. Add salt as required. Mix well.

    2. Take slices of bread and cut the edges.

    3. Take one slice of bread and put a tsp of cheese filling. Seal the cheese filling with the sides of bread. You can also sprinkle 1-2 drops of water to completely seal the filling. Shape into round balls.

    4. Fry the homemade cheese dumplings in oil.

    Delicious cheese dumplings are ready.
