Noodles are a great source of carbohydrates and protein. They also have valuable vitamin and minerals. Sprouts and tofu cubes also have good amount of protein. This dish is power packed with nutrients.

    Ingredients to make Home Style Maggi:

    1 cup noodles, 2 cups water, 1 cup mixed of veggies like carrots, cabbage, French beans, onion, capsicum, ¼ cup sprouts, 3-4 tofu cubes, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp vinegar, salt as per taste, 1 tsp oil

    Steps to make Home Style Maggi:

    1. In a frying pan, add one tsp oil. Add the sliced onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add the other veggies and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

    2. Add 2 cups of water. Add the noodles, salt and cook well. This may take 5 to 10 minutes. Add the sprouts and tofu cubes and give it a stir.

    3. In a bowl, add the vinegar, tomato ketchup and black pepper. Mix well.

    Finally, add this sauce to the noodles and yummy home style maggi is ready. Enjoy!
