Horlicks is very popular among all age groups. It is easy to prepare! Serve between meals or as a breakfast supplement to add more energy , proteins, minerals and vitamins to his daily diet.

1. Mix 1 tsp horlicks with a glass of previously boiled milk.
2. You can refrigerate it for a while if you want to serve it cold.
Serve hot or cold. You would love it!
