Hot Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream

No one can say No to a warm and cold bowl of Hot Chocolate Cake with Ice-Cream. It is so soft and yummy to taste. Eggs are pretty much a perfect food for your child also, which are loaded with protein and healthy fats.



    Ingredients to make Hot Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream:

    2 eggs, ¾ cup sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 5 tbsp. hot chocolate, 2 tbsp. Butter, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, ¼ tsp. salt, 3 scoop vanilla ice cream.

    Steps to make Hot Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream:

    1. Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl whisk flour, sugar, hot chocolate, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk eggs, butter and vanilla until blended. Add to flour mixture, stir just until moistened.

    2. Transfer to greased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake 35-40 minutes.

    Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream!
