    Ingredients to make Jolpan:

    2 cups poha, 1 cup curd, ½ cup grated jaggery, 1 tsp chopped almonds

    Steps to make Jolpan:

    1. Soak poha in warm water for 2-3 minutes. Squeeze and drain the remaining water.

    2. Mix poha with all the other ingredients. Serve immediately.
