Aam panna, which is prepared using raw mangoes, sugar, and an assortment of spices, quenches thirst and prevents the excessive loss of sodium chloride and iron during summer due to excessive sweating. This drink is also considered beneficial in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders. Your kiddo would love it for sure!

Raw mangoes, water, jaggery, mint leaves
1. Wash and clean mangoes.
2. Boil water in a pan, add mangoes and boil them for 30-40 minutes. Cool and then remove skin. Take all the pulp out and set aside.
3. Melt jaggery and mix with mango pulp.
4. Add water and fresh mint leaves and serve cold.
It stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
