Kala Khatta is a must have summer cooler. This jamun drink will take you back to your own childhood days. You will love its sweet and savory taste. Jamun is rich protein, iron, calcium, antioxidants, and many other minerals.

500 gm fresh jamun, 1 lemon juice, 1 tsp black salt, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp honey(optional), ice cubes
1. Wash the jamuns, deseed them and puree them in a blender. Seive the puree to remove skin if any.
2. Take 2-3 spoon of puree in a glass. Add lemon juice.
3. Add black salt, ground pepper, roasted cumin powder, salt. Add honey to sweeten it a bit.
4. Add ice cubes and little water.
Serve chilled.
