A classic Bengali sweet dish to satiate your cravings for desserts. It is made up of chenna (cottage cheese) and is rich in calcium.

1 litre milk, 1 lemon, 5-6 tbsp powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, chopped pistachios
1. Bring milk to boil in a deep pan. Curdle it with lemon. Seive and collect cottage cheese.
2. Knead this curdled milk or chenna with sugar and cardamom powder. Mash it to properly to remove lumps.
3. Roll the dough into small balls. Decorate them with chopped pistachios.
Serve Kanchagolla cold!
