Ker Aur Kismis is a Rajasthani delicacy. It is simple but a deliciously flavoured dish. This is the apt. dish to treat your child. Kismis (raisins) are rich in polyphenolic antioxidants, and dietary fiber.

Ingredients to make Ker Aur Kismis:
¼ cup ker (soaked for 8 hours and drained), ¼ cup raisins (kismis), 1 tbsp. ghee, 1 tsp. chilli powder, salt as desired, 2 tbsp. crumbled mava (khoya)
Steps to make Ker Aur Kismis:
1. heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan and add the soaked and drained ker, salt and chilli powder and sauté on a medium flame for 3 minutes.
2. Add ½ cup water, mix well and cook them on a medium flame until the ker are cooked while stirring occasionally.
3. Now add the raisins, mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and add the mava and mix well.
Prepare today and delight your champ.
