This is a saffron based delicious sweet dish that is loved by all, after a sumptuous food. It contains iron, healthy fats and carbs.

Contents
1 cup rice, 3 cups jaggery, 2 tbsp ghee
1. Blend he rice into a coarse powder and boil this powder to half boiled state
2. Add jaggery and let the rice powder get nicely boiled into jaggery water.
3. Now add ghee and cook it till it turns soft in consistency and turns thick.
Serve it hot.
