    Ingredients to make Khastha Discs:

    1 cup wheat flour, 1 cup maida, 1 cup suji, 2 tsp ajwain, 1 tsp cumin seeds, black pepper powder, salt, oil

    Steps to make Khastha Discs:

    1. Take wheat flour, maida, suji, cumin seeds, ajwain, black pepper powder, and salt in a big mixing bowl.

    2. Use a spoon or your hand to mix the ingredients in the bowl properly and then add oil in parts to form crumbles.

    3. Now add water in small portions to knead stiff and firm dough and leave it for 10 minutes.

    4. Make small balls out of dough and flatten them with your hands or rolling pin.

    5. Take a fork and prick the flattened discs.

    6. Heat enough oil in a kadai and deep fry all discs on medium flame.

    7. Turn them upside down in between and fry till they turn golden brown and crispy from all sides.

    You can completely avoid maida to make it more healthy and crispy.
