    Ingredients to make Kheema Stuffed Omelette:

    Chicken mince (kheema) ½ cup, Eggs 4, Salt to taste, Oil 1 tsp + to fry omelettes, Tomato puree 2 tsp

    Steps to make Kheema Stuffed Omelette:

    1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add chicken mince and saute well.

    2. Add tomato puree and salt, mix well and cook till the chicken is fully done.

    3. Break eggs into a bowl. Add salt and beat well.

    4. Heat some oil in another non-stick pan. Pour a small portion of the beaten eggs and let it cook.

    5. Place a portion of cooked chicken mixture on one side of the omelette and fold. Flip and cook for a minute.

    6. Prepare remaining omelettes in the same way. Serve hot.
