This simple sweet is easy to make and also very yummy!

Ingredients to make Kopra Pak:

Coconut milk, grated coconut, sugar, cardamom powder, water

Steps to make Kopra Pak:

1. Firstly, in a large heavy bottomed kadai, take a cup of coconut.

2. Furthermore, add ¾ to 1 cup of sugar, depending on your sweet tooth.

3. Mix well till the sugar start to melt. this takes around 2 minutes.

4. Next, add milk, it makes the coconut more juicy.

5. Furthermore, add cream. This step is optional.

6. Give a good mix, till it starts separating from the pan. This takes around 8-10 minutes on medium flame.

7. The next step is to add ghee.

8. Also, add a few chopped cashews.

9. Additionally, add cardamom powder.

10. Give it a final mix.

11. Furthermore, transfer it to a butter paper or a plate coated with ghee.

12. Press and set to a square shape.

13. Furthermore, grease knife with ghee and when it is still hot, cut to square shapes or the shapes you desired.

14. Allow to cool completely.

Finally, serve the Coconut Burfi (Kopra Pak) or store in airtight container. it remains fresh for a week without refrigeration.
