    Ingredients to make Layapitta Panchakajjayya:

    1 cup broken puffed paddy/layapitto, ¼ tsp. cardamom powder, 3 tbsp. powdered jaggery, ½ cup grated coconut, 1 tbsp.ghee

    Steps to make Layapitta Panchakajjayya:

    1. In a mixing bowl add the grated coconut and jiggery and mix them well.

    2. Add the broken puffed paddy/ layapitto to the mixture and mix well. Then, add cardamom powder and ghee, and mix well.

    Enjoy Layapitta Panchakajjayya!
