This popsicle has all the goodness of lemon as it is a rich source of vitamin C, which gives a boost to one’s immune system. Besides, ginger also boosts the immune system. This healthy and chilled popsicle is a perfect summer treat and full of flavour.

Contents
3.5 cups water, inch piece of ginger, 5 tbsp lemon juice, ½ cup sugar
1. Put the water in a pan and add the ginger. Bring to a simmer.
2. Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature.
3. Through a strainer, get the ginger extract water. Press the ginger piece with the back of a spoon while doing so.
4. Stir in the lemon juice. Add the sugar too and mix well.
5. Pour this mixture in the popsicle and allow it to freeze.
6. Keep the lemon ginger popsicle at room temperature for a few minutes so that they can be easily removed from the molds.
Chilled and tasty Lemon Ginger Popsicles are ready to relish.
