Lesu recipe is a very simple and easy recipe to make and can be set in a few minutes. Made from wheat flour and mandua flour, it is rich in calcium and carbohydrates and is easy to digest as well.

2 cups wheat flour, ½ cup mandua flour, 1 tsp ajwain, salt to taste
1. Knead wheat flour into a smooth dough
2. Now mix ajwain and salt in mandua flour and knead a dough. Keep aside
3. Take wheat flour dough and stuff with mandua dough. Flatten with palm and cook on griddle.
Serve hot with chutney.
