Litchis or lychees are delectable and highly nutritious as they are rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, magnesium, iron, dietary fibre, carbohydrates and potassium. Here’s a simple recipe using lychees to help you prepare a refreshing drink.

Ingredients: 12-15 litchis, 3 ½ cups of water, 2 medium sized lemons, sugar as per taste, a few mint leaves, lemon slices for garnishing, ice cubes.
Steps:
1. Remove the fleshy pulp of the litchis and make a puree using a blender.
2. Mix the puree with lemon juice, sugar and water in a jar and stir till all the sugar has dissolved.
3. Pour out into tall glasses, add a few ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedges before serving.
